‘I’m new to online shopping, is it very tricky?’

We have made using Lady Petrova’s online store just as easy as shopping in our Melbourne Boutique. Browse through our photos as though you were exploring the racks, looking for that special something to make your heart skip a beat. Use the size chart as your virtual ‘dress ups’ guide and click ‘buy’ to complete the transaction. Fill in your delivery details and one of our lovely ladies will wrap your purchase all pretty like and give it to the mailman who will then give it to you in a few days.

The ways to pay…

We accept Visa and MasterCard, and have super security so you needn’t fret about who might get your credit card details, it will be our little secret.
Don’t have a credit card? Don’t worry darlings! You can still purchase items online, just email us and we can arrange for a direct deposit.

Lady of the world? How to convert your currency…

We provide a currency conversion tool at the top of every page to assist in approximating other major currencies. You will ALWAYS be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Unfortunately international currency conversion charges vary from bank to bank and our penny predictor is just a maybe baby.

‘How quickly will I get my hands on my purchase?’

“Wait a minute Mr. Postman!”
No place is too far for Lady Petrova, we want all ladies to feel special worldwide!
Once you have placed your order and parted with your pennies, we will send you a confirmation email letting you know we received your order and that your carefully wrapped package (glitter and all) will be in your hot little hand within a few days. If you are still a little worried because the mailman has broken your heart before you can track your order along the way. You can now pick up your order from our Flinders Lane Boutique too, just enter the coupon code ‘pickup’ at checkout! And then pop by the boutique and collect your order! Yay!

‘I’m not from the land of Aus, will I be charged tax?’

We won’t charge you Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) but your country might charge you applicable taxes on import. The cost of any applicable taxes, levies, duties, and fees are your responsibility, so make sure you check before making your purchase, we’d hate for you to get a nasty surprise.

‘Can I pick up my online order from the Lady Petrova Atelier?’

Yes, you definitely can! If you would like to pick up your order from our City Atelier, please enter the coupon code ‘pickup’ in checkout. If you enter this code you will not be charged shipping and must pick up your order from our Lady Petrova Atelier on a Thursday or Friday between 11am-6pm. If you use the ‘pickup’ coupon code we will not ship your order.

Seasonal sales and ‘Sold Out’ items…

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

If an item you love appears to have ‘Sold Out’ online, email us just to be sure because we regularly update stock and you never know what fashion fate has in store for you.

‘Uh Oh i’m in trouble… Help?’

Our ladies in store are too busy playing dress ups to answer your call but please email us via the CONTACT page and we will get back to you within 24 hours regarding your problem.

‘Can I return my Lady Petrova purchase if i’m not 100% happy?’

“Return to sender ba dum ba dum ba dum”

If you need to return an item because it is faulty or doesn’t fit juuust right, you can! In fact if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your Lady Petrova purchase, we will give you 14 days to return your goodies for an exchange or web credit but keep in mind Lady Petrova does not refund your shipping costs. You’ll just need to download the LADY PETROVA RETURNS FORM, print it out, fill it out, and return it along with your item(s). Please CONTACT us as soon as possible to save any further tears, we can walk you through it.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned, so please choose carefully…..

This policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product, or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition with swing tags attached. As you know it is unladylike to return cosmetics, hosiery or earrings so choose carefully when buying these items as we cannot take them back.

At Lady Petrova we send out newsletters whenever something fabulous and exciting happens!

To be featured as a Ladybird and show off how you wear Lady Petrova please email us via the CONTACT page or hashtag your photo on Instagram with #ladypetrovaladybird

‘I’ve seen a dress I love in the Lady Petrova collections but can’t find it for sale! How can i make it mine?’

Email us via the CONTACT page, tell us which one you love and we’ll see if there are any hiding at Lady Petrova Headquarters. If not, you never know… Lady Petrova may decide to recut on popular demand.

‘Will Lady Petrova custom make a dress for me?’

Yes! Lady Petrova now offers a bespoke Bridal Design service! Please contact us to make an appointment.
