Once you have made your Lady Petrova purchase online we will send you a confirmation email regarding your order along with a receipt for your payment. We try our very best to send your goodies within two business days, if for some reason we expect it may take longer we will let you know.
We charge a flat rate of $10 for Australia Post Express Post shipping which guarantees super speedy next business day delivery within the Express Post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the Express Post Network may take 2-5 days.
Tracking your order
Once your order is wrapped, sprinkled with magic fairy dust, packed and leaves our warehouse you will be emailed a tracking number so that you can track your package on the Australia Post website.
When tracking your item, the term ‘awaiting collection’ means that delivery was attempted but could not be completed. The mailman missed you, whoops!
You should have received a notification card in your mailbox or under your door to let you know that ‘your item is awaiting collection at a local Australia Post retail outlet’. The card will tell you which outlet you can collect your item from and when you can be together at last.
All international orders are sent with TOLL Global Express.
These are TOLL Minimum door to door transit in working days and can be used as a guide for Global Express services. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance or delivery outside metro areas. Estimated delivery time is from date shipped.
Delivery & Order Cost
The delivery cost is a flat rate per order. All charges are in Australian Dollars ($AUD). Currency conversions using our integrated currency converter are approximate. The actual international currency conversion that you are charged via your bank may vary.
We use TOLL Global Express for all international deliveries, which is an express worldwide service and fully trackable. You will be emailed a tracking number on dispatch.
Lady Petrova cannot be held responsible for any possible duties, levies, taxes, imposts and fees which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you require further information regarding taxes and duties.
Sale items can not be exchanged or returned – so please choose carefully.
If you need to return an item because it is faulty or doesn’t fit juuust right, you can! In fact if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your Lady Petrova purchase, we will give you 14 days to return your goodies for an exchange or web credit but keep in mind Lady Petrova does not refund your shipping costs. You’ll just need to download the LADY PETROVA RETURNS FORM, print it out, fill it out, and return it along with your item(s). Please CONTACT us as soon as possible to save any further tears, we can walk you through it.
This policy does not apply to sale items or goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product, or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition with swing tags attached. As you know it is unladylike to return cosmetics, hosiery or earrings so choose carefully when buying these items as we cannot take them back.
All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. Any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit is the buyer’s responsibility and therefore we advise shipment registration or insurance with your postal carrier. Sorry darlings but Lady Petrova will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. Lady Petrova ladies are meant to be clever cats.
